Pistachio Cream Matcha Latte Recipe
A smooth nutty matcha latte blended with creamy pistachio and lightly sweetened milk. A rich, nutty twist on a classic latte — balanced, vibrant, and perfectly indulgent!
What You'll Need
- 100mL heavy whipping cream
- 50g of pistachio spread (we recommend Pistachio Papi)
- 4g Imōto matcha
- 40mL of 80°C water
- 110mL of your milk of choice
Method:
- To make your pistachio cream top, add your pistachio spread and heavy whipping cream into a cup and whisk until you get a light cream texture.
- In a bowl, whisk your matcha with water until you get a light foamy texture.
- In a cup, line the cup with some pistachio spread, add your ice, milk, matcha and top with the pistachio cream and enjoy!
